Online Reputation Management Specialist (SERM / ORM)

Online Reputation Management Specialist (SERM/ORM) for a large crypto/fintech project. Monitor mentions, manage negative reviews, SERM, improve search results. Remote, NDA required.

Project: a large technology project in cryptocurrency and digital assets. The project operates with increased confidentiality requirements; the name and detailed product information are disclosed to candidates at further stages after signing an NDA.Responsibilities:- Daily monitoring of project mentions on the internet: search engines, review sites, forums, social media, Telegram, crypto and fintech platforms.- Finding new mentions and potential sources of reputational risks.- Working with reviews and comments, preparing and publishing official responses.- Prompt handling of negative mentions and controversial situations.- Identifying information attacks, fake reviews, and organized negativity.- SERM: working with search results for brand and project-related queries.- Increasing the share of positive and neutral materials in search results.- Placing and promoting reputation materials on relevant platforms.- Interacting with resource administrations regarding inaccurate information and materials violating platform rules.- Analyzing competitors' reputational activity.- Preparing regular analytics on the state of the reputational field.

- Practical experience in SERM / ORM / Reputation Management.- Understanding of reputation specifics in crypto / fintech / financial services / IT is a significant advantage.- Ability to work with Google and Yandex, review sites, forums, Telegram, and social media.- Understanding of SEO principles and search results formation.- Experience with negativity and crisis situations.- Ability to distinguish a real user complaint from a fake review, information attack, or targeted discrediting.- Competent Russian language and ability to adapt communication to different platforms and audiences.- Self-reliance, high reaction speed, and focus on results.

Remote work format. Must be regularly available and promptly respond to critical situations. The work involves access to sensitive information, so confidentiality and NDA compliance are mandatory conditions of cooperation.KPI:- speed of detecting critical mentions;- reaction speed;- share of processed negativity;- dynamics of mention tonality;- state of TOP-10/TOP-20 search results;- reduction of negative results for key queries;- number of quality positive and neutral presence points;- effectiveness on individual reputation cases.
