Onboarding Specialist / KYC Analyst

Fintech startup seeks Onboarding Specialist / KYC Analyst in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office/hybrid/remote. KYC/KYB checks, client risk assessment, onboarding, work with sales/product/risk. 3+ years, fintech/payments, English B2+.

International fintech startup offering hybrid work in Cyprus or remote from anywhere. The role focuses on understanding client business models and identifying red flags. Responsibilities: - Conduct KYC/KYB checks for new clients - Assess risks of clients and their business models in the context of payment services - Support onboarding of entrepreneurs and companies in payments/embedded finance products - Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, risk) to balance business interests and compliance requirements

3+ years of experience in assessing businesses and entrepreneurs and making decisions within onboarding Understanding of payment services in Europe and the UK Experience in fintech (payments, FX, lending, etc.) English at B2+ for professional communication Independence and responsibility for results Strong analytical and commercial thinking Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and good organization
