NLP Data Scientist for AI agents in HR at a top Russian bank. Middle/Senior positions. Focus on LLM and agent solutions for HR scenarios. Moscow office, hybrid option.

We are a team at the AI development center in a top Russian bank, developing and implementing AI solutions for key business processes. We are currently building applied AI agents for HR: recruitment, assessment, employee development, and internal services for recruiters and managers. We are looking for an NLP data scientist who can design and improve applied AI systems with tools, quality evaluation, and measurable business impact. Middle and Senior positions are considered.

3+ years of experience in Data Science / ML, with a significant portion in NLP, LLM. Practical experience in creating applied LLM systems and agents: RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning, structured output. Deep knowledge in NLP (statistical methods, neural networks, transformers) and a solid foundation in classical ML. Understanding of LLM architecture and prompt engineering principles. Experience in Python development, writing clean and maintainable code. Plus: Experience developing RAG systems and working with vector databases. Experience writing industrial, maintainable, and testable code, working with parallelism and asynchronous operations.

Salary range: 200-350 net + annual bonus of 2-4 salaries (negotiable for strong candidates). Comfortable modern office in Moscow.
