NLP Data Scientist for an AI center in a top Russian bank, focusing on AI agents for HR. Middle/Senior positions. Develops LLM and agent solutions for HR scenarios. Moscow-based.

We are a team from the artificial intelligence development center in a top Russian bank. We develop and implement AI solutions into key business processes. Currently, we are building applied AI agents for the HR domain: recruitment, assessment, employee development, and internal services for recruiters and managers. We are looking for an NLP data scientist who can design and improve applied AI systems with tools, quality assessment, and measurable business impact. We are considering Middle and Senior positions. What you will do: - Design and develop LLM and agent solutions for HR scenarios: from task definition and process analysis to PoC, MVP, and production-ready solutions in collaboration with ML Engineers. - Develop AI agent architectures: orchestration, tool use, retrieval, memory, multi-step workflows, guardrails. - Formulate hypotheses, run experiments, and improve system quality based on metrics and user feedback. - Clarify requirements and define task specifications with the business stakeholder.

What is important to us: - 3+ years of experience in Data Science / ML, with a significant portion in NLP, LLM. - Practical experience in creating applied LLM systems and agents: RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning, structured output. - Deep knowledge in NLP (statistical methods, neural networks, transformers) and a solid foundation in classical ML. - Understanding of LLM architecture and prompt engineering principles. - Experience in Python development, writing clean and maintainable code. Will be a plus: - Experience in developing RAG systems and working with vector databases. - Experience in writing industrial, maintainable, and testable code, working with parallelism and asynchronous operations.
