We’re building an AI-driven video production system — a multi-agent orchestration engine that transforms ideas, references, and raw media into structured, high-quality video content. This is not an automation role. AI orchestration automation engineering creative thinking & video sense What You’ll Build Systems that can: take an idea + media as input analyze and structure content orchestrate AI agents generate narrative logic select visuals/music apply rhythm-based editing logic produce structured video outputs You’ll work on pipelines involving: AI agents multimodal processing creative decision-making video logic orchestration systems

Core Stack n8n OpenAI / Gemini ElevenLabs Kling Fal.ai Google APIs Python JavaScript Nice to have: LangChain / LangGraph FFmpeg ComfyUI vector DB / RAG What We’re Looking For Someone who: has solid hands-on experience with n8n understands AI agents / tool-calling / orchestration can quickly integrate APIs writes practical Python/JS thinks pragmatically (“vibe coding” mindset) has creative intuition You should genuinely understand: pacing rhythm music structure timing montage logic emotional impact of edits You should be able to say: “this cut feels wrong” and know how to fix it.
