Multimedia Project Manager

Design Dossier seeks a Multimedia Project Manager to lead creative, multimedia, and exhibition projects for clients like Yandex, Sber, and Moscow Government. Requires 5+ years in creative production and AI tool experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage projects from idea and concept to on-site implementation. - Participate in creative concept development, organize brainstorming sessions, and work with the team on project ideas. - Select references and mood boards, shape the visual direction of projects, and create presentations. - Supervise visual implementation: design, 3D, motion, multimedia, and interactive content. - Build project pipelines, plan stages, and control deadlines. - Set tasks for designers, motion designers, 3D artists, developers, and other specialists. - Communicate with clients, present and defend concepts. - Conduct negotiations with potential clients. - Prepare technical specifications and technical descriptions. - Communicate and coordinate contractors. - Prepare internal and client cost estimates, control project budgets. - Interact with tender specialists and prepare projects for tenders. - Work on-site during installation and launch of projects: exhibitions, museums, conferences, events. - Prepare project and reporting documentation.

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in creative, multimedia, exhibition, or event production. - Agency or production house experience is mandatory. - Good visual taste, understanding of composition, design, and modern visual trends. - Experience developing and implementing creative concepts. - Understanding of 3D, motion, and video content production processes. - Experience with interactive installations and multimedia projects. - Understanding of technical setups: screens, projection, sound, lighting, interactive equipment, and content management systems. - Understanding of graphics for various formats and non-standard screens. - Ability to build production pipelines and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. - Proficiency in Figma / Ps / Ai / Ae / Pr is a plus. - Experience with AR / VR / MR and interactive digital products is a plus. - Mandatory practical experience with AI tools and neural networks in professional work: generating and developing visual concepts, images, videos, and content, finding solutions, preparing presentation materials, and accelerating production processes. - Ability to properly set tasks for neural networks, refine and integrate AI results into real production pipelines. - Experience with modern AI tools for visual and creative production is mandatory. - Ability to manage multiple projects and many tasks simultaneously. - Responsibility, initiative, independence, and decision-making skills. - English from Intermediate level is desirable. - Portfolio of implemented projects is mandatory.

Conditions: - Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. - Five-day work week. - Schedule: 10:00 to 19:00. - Office two minutes' walk from Skolkovo metro station.
