Space307 is seeking an MT Administrator / TradeOps Manager with 1+ year of experience in TradeOps, MT4/MT5 Administration, Dealing, or Trading Operations. We are looking for a specialist for the MT Administrator / TradeOps Manager position. Responsibilities: ▪ Setting up, supporting, and optimizing MT4/MT5 servers, Liquidity Aggregation Engines, and related components ▪ Managing and controlling liquidity and order routing (bridges, aggregators, LP connections) ▪ Supporting and monitoring FIX connections and trading integrations ▪ Proactive monitoring of trading infrastructure (execution, latency, rejects, stability) ▪ Analyzing logs, investigating incidents, and resolving technical issues ▪ Collaborating with Risk, Dealing, and DevOps teams ▪ Optimizing execution quality and trading system stability ▪ Participating in the implementation of new tools, LPs, and technological solutions.

We expect you to have: ▪ 1+ year of experience in TradeOps / MT4 / MT5 Administration / Dealing / Trading Operations ▪ Good understanding of MT4/MT5 architecture, including server-side and ecosystem (gateways, bridges, plugins) ▪ Practical experience with liquidity aggregation (LP, aggregators, stream setup, routing) ▪ Experience with FIX protocol (sessions, messages, troubleshooting, integrations) ▪ Experience in monitoring trading systems and infrastructure (latency, execution quality, rejects, slippage) ▪ Confident SQL skills (analysis of trading data, incident investigation) ▪ Basic Python / Bash / PowerShell skills for automation and analysis ▪ Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems (logs, network, performance bottlenecks) ▪ Understanding of key brokerage business metrics (PnL, A/B-book, exposure) ▪ English language proficiency at B2+ level. Will be a plus: ▪ Experience with Liquidity Aggregators (oneZero, PrimeXM, Fx Cubic, etc.) ▪ Understanding of risk management and hedging principles ▪ Experience with PostgreSQL ▪ Knowledge of high-load systems and low-latency infrastructure specifics.
