Motion Designer

AI studio AISTLab.AI is looking for a strong motion designer for regular full-time or part-time cooperation. Create motion design for short films, series, and social media content. Remote, payment per video.

We are an AI studio creating short films, series, and content for social networks. What to do: • Work in two modes: animate ready layouts and come up with a visual solution for the video yourself — motion, typography, graphics. • Create motion design for studio videos, mostly 30-60 seconds: content for social networks, advertising and brand videos. • Animate in After Effects: 2D animation, graphics, typography, interfaces. • Work in conjunction with Claude: expressions and scripts for After Effects, automation of routine, speeding up production.

• Senior-level motion design and a strong showreel. • Able to come up with a visual idea — style, typography, animation — and accurately animate ready layouts. • After Effects is the main tool, fluent. • Experience working with Claude on motion. • Sense of rhythm, composition, and typography. • Ability to independently bring the video to the final and quickly make edits. Will be a plus: • Experience as an art director or lead designer: led the visual concept of a project from idea to final. • Experience in graphic design: typography, identity, branding. • Author's projects and experiments in motion, own recognizable style. • Able to show the idea before animation: styleframes, storyboard, animatic. • Experience with video AI generation.

• Remote work from anywhere in the world, interaction with the team on Moscow time. • Part-time / permanent freelance. • Payment per video — discussed at the call. • Contract with self-employed or individual entrepreneur. • Payment in rubles or cryptocurrency by agreement.
