Motion Designer at a media buying agency. What you will do: Edit video creatives for advertising sources Trimming, adding animation, special effects, text, and sounds Implementing scenarios and ideas into finished videos Automating video editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts, and AI tools. Adapting videos for different formats and platform requirements Quick edits and revisions based on test results Working closely with the team (scriptwriters, 2 artists, sound designers).

What we expect from you: Experience as a motion designer / video editor for over 4 years Experience with advertising creatives Experience with AI tools for editing acceleration Understanding of video editing, composition, and rhythm principles Ability to work with short video formats (TikTok / Reels / Ads) Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Ability to implement scriptwriter's ideas and adapt them to the platform format Independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick edits.
