We constantly test new hooks, messages, and visual approaches for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and AI is already part of our production process. Responsibilities: - Create and animate performance creatives from scripts and storyboards - Find visual solutions for scenes without ready-made assets - Generate AI images and videos and combine them with live-action, stock, and UI - Animate Welltory, Apple Watch, and other device interfaces - Work with tracking, compositing, masking, rotoscoping, and VFX; perform editing and final assembly - Try new AI tools and integrate them into production

- 1+ year of commercial motion design experience - Confident After Effects: Graph Editor, tracking, compositing - Sense of animation, timing, pacing, and composition - Ability to realistically integrate UI into devices and live-action - Basic Photoshop/Figma, understanding of editing and sound design - Experience or interest in AI image/video generation and ability to quickly learn new tools - Understanding of performance advertising: why the first seconds matter and how hooks work
