Motion Designer

Motion Designer at SonderAds. Remote from Europe, Asia, Georgia, Serbia. Full-time 5/2. Fixed net salary from 2000 USD. Create video ad creatives, edit, animate, and use AI tools.

Create video creatives for advertising sources. Cut, add animation, special effects, text and sounds. Implement scripts and ideas into ready videos. Automate editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts and AI tools. Adapt videos to different formats and platform requirements. Make quick edits and revisions based on test results. Work together with a team (copywriters, 2 artists, sound designers).

4+ years of experience as a motion designer / video editor. Experience with advertising creatives. Experience with AI tools to speed up editing. Understanding of editing principles, composition and video rhythm. Ability to work with short video formats (TikTok / Reels / Ads). Confident use of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Ability to implement the scriptwriter's ideas and adapt them to the platform format. Independence, responsibility and meeting deadlines. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick revisions.

Interesting projects with large-scale opportunities. All necessary tools for work. Opportunities for professional and career growth within the project. Fixed net rate from 2000 USD (depends on your expertise). Work according to the Cyprus holiday calendar. Probation period - 3 months. Full-time 10-19:00 (Cyprus time). Fully remote work format. Paid vacation (20 working days) and sick leave.
