Elephant Games is seeking a Motion Designer to create performance creatives for advertising campaigns and assets for ASO, community, and UA.

• 3+ years of experience in Motion Design and 2D Art (at least 3 years in game development). • A portfolio with work samples. • Experience as a Motion Designer on casual projects. • Proficiency in After Effects (required) and Photoshop (required). • Knowledge of AI tools for video and image generation (Veo, Kling, GPT, Midjourney, etc.). • Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut. • Ability to form hypotheses for creatives. • General understanding of the mobile game market and ability to analyze competitors. • Ability to work within sprints and in a team with marketing. Bonus points for: • Proficiency in 2D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.). • Basic understanding of Unity. • Understanding of social media trends.
