Motion Designer

Motion Designer at Appyland for project-based remote work: creating advertising videos, animation, digital creatives, adaptations and resizes. Piece-rate payment, flexible workload, stable task flow.

Appyland is a creative studio that has been creating advertising creatives, animation and visual content for digital products worldwide for 5 years: fintech, mobile apps, IT services, marketing. We are expanding the pool of specialists for a large and stable flow of tasks: advertising videos, animation creatives, digital materials, adaptations and resizes for different formats. Responsibilities: - Create dynamic advertising videos and creatives - Animate ready design layouts, carefully transferring the style into motion - Develop animation, transitions and visual effects - Assemble complex 2D/3D compositions - Work with typography, graphics, characters and digital elements - Make resizes and adaptations of ready materials for different formats and platforms - Work with masking, tracking, keying and compositing

Motion Design experience from 1–3 years and a strong portfolio with relevant cases Confident command of After Effects, plus Adobe Premiere Good sense of timing, dynamics, motion and composition Confident work with masking, tracking, keying, color correction and complex compositions Graph Editor, Expressions, Mocha AE, Keylight, particle systems, AE 3D space Dynamic typography and 2D/3D integration Ability to see the task as a whole, propose visual solutions and improve the source Attention to quality, details and clean final assembly Experience with AI tools will be a plus, but is not required

Work format: - Remote - Part-time / project work - Large and stable task flow - Piece-rate payment for completed tasks/videos - Payment within the following week based on the previous week's results - You can choose the suitable workload yourself - With mutual interest — transition to long-term cooperation - Important: sometimes tasks may arrive in the evening or on weekends — not often, but you need to be ready After reviewing the response, we may offer a small test task (unpaid, not used in work — if you are worried about usage, feel free to put a watermark). After that we will discuss the format of work and all details.
