Motion Designer

Motion Designer to create ad videos and creatives for mobile/web AI products in AI tools, content creativity, Social Analytics. Full-time remote, candidates from Ukraine, Belarus, Europe.

We create mobile and web applications in AI tools, content creativity, and Social Analytics. We are looking for a Motion Designer to create advertising videos and creatives to attract users. Responsibilities: • Create advertising videos for Meta, TikTok and other traffic acquisition channels • Develop new creative concepts, visual hooks and ad scripts • Generate and test variations of creatives for A/B tests • Use AI tools for content creation and acceleration (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, ElevenLabs and others) • Analyze successful competitor creatives and market trends • Work with User Acquisition team to find new advertising approaches • Keep work files organized and meet deadlines

• Experience as Motion Designer 2+ years • Experience creating advertising videos for mobile apps, web products or SaaS • Confident use of modern AI tools • Understanding of performance marketing principles and advertising creatives • Ability to independently bring a task from idea to final result • Attention to detail and readiness to work in an environment of constant experiments and tests • Good communication skills and remote work experience • Readiness to complete a test task (mandatory) Nice to have: • Experience with subscription mobile apps and web products • Experience with ad/competitor analysis services (Meta Ads Library, Sensor Tower, AppMagic, SimilarWeb, AdHeart, etc.) • Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, CVR, etc.) • Experience with User Acquisition or Growth teams • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator) • Portfolio with result-oriented advertising creatives
