Media buying agency SonderAds is seeking a Motion Designer. What you will do: — Edit video creatives for advertising sources — Trim, add animation, special effects, text, and sounds — Implement scripts and ideas into finished videos — Automate editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts, and AI tools. — Adapt videos for different formats and platform requirements — Make quick edits and revisions based on test results — Collaborate with a team (scriptwriters, 2 artists, sound designers)

What we expect from you: — 4+ years of experience as a motion designer / video editor — Experience with advertising creatives — Experience with AI tools to speed up editing — Understanding of editing principles, composition, and video rhythm — Ability to work with short video formats (TikTok / Reels / Ads) — Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) — Ability to implement script ideas and adapt them to platform formats — Independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines — Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick edits
