Motion Designer

Tripster, a TravelTech service for booking tours and excursions worldwide, is seeking a Motion Designer for its in-house production team. Remote work from anywhere; responsibilities include motion graphics and short videos for marketing and brand communications.

Tripster is a TravelTech service for online booking of excursions and tours worldwide, operating in 900+ cities. It develops its own website, mobile apps, partner services, and internal products. The in-house production team is looking for a Motion Designer. Responsibilities: • Create motion graphics and short videos for marketing and brand communications. • Develop animation solutions for advertising campaigns and digital communications. • Animate typography, illustrations, characters, graphic elements, and finished design layouts. • Create content for social media, Reels, and other digital formats. • Adapt visual solutions for different formats, channels, and tasks. • Work with communication designers, brand lead, and marketing teams. • Participate in developing Tripster's visual language and its motion component.

• At least 3 years of experience in motion design (2D/3D). • Strong portfolio with real digital, advertising, and brand projects. • Confident command of After Effects. • Good understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, rhythm, and animation principles. • Good sense of motion: ability to work with pace, dynamics, transitions, and animation character. • Ability to work on tasks of different scale — from quick SMM creatives and animation of finished layouts to complex advertising campaigns and brand videos. • Ability to independently find visual solutions, experiment with form and motion while preserving brand recognizability, tone, and key principles. • Ability to work with a brand book and participate in developing and strengthening the existing visual style through motion. • Ability to organize work, prioritize, meet deadlines, and flag risks in time. • Nice to have: experience with Premiere Pro, 3D, Cinema 4D / Blender, character animation, and AI tools / basic editing.
