Motion Designer / AI Video Creator at Appyland. Project-based remote, part-time role with a steady flow of tasks: advertising videos, animated creatives, AI video and digital materials. Piece-rate payment.

Appyland is looking for a strong specialist for project-based remote work. We have a large flow of tasks: advertising videos, animated creatives, AI video and various digital materials. We need someone who can independently take tasks and bring them to a high-quality result. Responsibilities: - Create dynamic advertising videos and creatives - Develop animation and visual effects - Work with ready-made design layouts - Create and integrate AI video - Generate realistic people and characters - Assemble complex 2D/3D compositions - Adapt ready materials for different formats and platforms - Independently propose visual solutions and improve results

Experience in Motion Design from 1 to 3 years Strong portfolio with relevant cases Confident command of After Effects Sense of timing, dynamics, movement and staging Ability to independently find solutions and see the task as a whole, not just execute a brief Ability to test different approaches and find the best option Attention to quality and detail Confident work with masking, tracking, keying, color correction and complex compositions Experience with Duik Bassel, Expressions, Graph Editor, Mocha AE, Keylight, particle systems and 3D space in AE Experience with dynamic typography and 2D/3D integration Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Experience with AI video generation Ability to generate realistic people, characters and scenes Confident use of AI tools: Kling, Sora, Seedance, Luma, Veo and others Ability to work with prompts, references, camera movement and scene staging Ability to achieve the desired result through testing and iterations
