Motion Designer (AI + Reels)

Neuroom seeks a Motion Designer (AI + Reels) to create short vertical videos for an AI assistant for teachers. Remote part-time, $1500–2000. Involves AI video generation, motion design, editing, and social media posting.

Neuroom is an AI assistant for teachers: it helps create educational materials and lesson scenarios. Plans include an AI tutor for students that works together with the teacher. We are looking for someone who covers video content end-to-end: from script and AI generation to vertical video editing and posting. Task: Create short videos that showcase the product and sell it to teachers. AI tools provide raw footage—beautiful but fragmented. Turn it into a cohesive video with a clear idea, readable interface, and clear rhythm. Responsibilities: • Turn a synopsis into a director's script and generate video from it in AI tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Synthesia, D-ID, etc.) • Create avatars, synthetic voices, lip-sync, and facial animation (ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript) • Editing: sound, effects, subtitles, graphics • Social media: short vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts: cutting, adaptation, packaging • Ideas for trends—own visual awareness plus AI tools • Set up auto-posting and AI workflows (auto-generated captions, routine acceleration) • Review statistics and adjust content strategy based on data

• After Effects as a working tool, not a hobby. Layers, masks, tracking, shapes, text animation, camera work. Own presets and templates is a big plus: three videos per week without reusable assets is not feasible • Experience generating video in AI tools with specific examples • Editing: Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut or similar. Understanding of shots, editing transitions, rhythm—and ability to explain why a shot works • Understanding of vertical format: safe zones, framing, readability without sound, retention in first seconds • Basic sound design: voice, music, effects, mixing • Basic graphics: Figma, Photoshop or Canva • Portfolio indicating what exactly you did in each project Nice to have: • Experience in educational or children's content
