Motion Designer (AI Production)

AIST Digital, a creative studio, seeks an AI creator focused on motion design to produce video content from start to finish using AI tools. Remote, full-time.

AIST Digital is a creative studio that creates video content with results. We combine cinematic production quality and strategic storytelling to create campaigns, brand films, and social media ads in iGaming, gaming, fashion, beauty, and automotive. We work with brands and agencies in Malta, Cyprus, Spain, and beyond. Responsibilities: - Create content from start to finish: video generation, animation, motion design, direction, storyboarding, editing. - Each video includes a motion part. - Produce videos up to 1 minute about the brand and professional insights in generation.

Experience with neural networks: Seedance 2.5, Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and others. All assets must be AI-generated. Motion work must include 2D animation and interface work. After Effects as a working tool: layers, masks, tracking, shapes, text animation, camera work. Experience with advertising creatives is required. Directorial thinking, artistic taste, ability to assemble generations into a cohesive video. Portfolio with hyperrealistic AI videos (should not look like 3D render) and motion work at middle+ level. Nice to have: Sound design: voice, music, effects, mixing.
