Motion Designer

SonderAds is hiring a Motion Designer for remote work from Europe, Asia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia. Full-time, fixed rate from 2000 USD. Involves creating video creatives for ad sources.

Media buying agency seeking a Motion Designer. Responsibilities: - Editing video creatives for advertising sources - Trimming, adding animation, special effects, text, and sounds - Implementing scripts and ideas into finished videos - Automating editing workflows using templates, presets, scripts, and AI tools - Adapting videos for different formats and platform requirements - Quick edits and revisions based on test results - Working closely with the team (scriptwriters, 2 artists, sound designers)

Expectations: - 4+ years of experience as a motion designer/video editor - Experience with advertising creatives - Experience with AI tools to speed up editing - Understanding of editing principles, composition, and video rhythm - Ability to work with short video formats (TikTok/Reels/Ads) - Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) - Ability to implement scriptwriter's ideas and adapt them to platform formats - Independence, responsibility, and meeting deadlines - Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick edits
