Motion Designer

Appyland creative studio seeks a Motion Designer for remote project-based work creating advertising videos, animations, and digital content for fintech, mobile apps, and IT services.

Appyland is a creative studio with 5 years of experience creating advertising creatives, animation, and visual content for digital products worldwide: fintech, mobile applications, IT services, marketing. We are expanding our pool of specialists for a large and stable flow of tasks: advertising videos, animation creatives, digital materials, adaptations and resizes for various formats. Key tasks: - Create dynamic advertising videos and creatives - Animate ready-made design mockups, carefully transferring stylistics into motion - Develop animation, transitions, and visual effects - Assemble complex 2D/3D compositions - Work with typography, graphics, characters, and digital elements - Make resizes and adaptations of ready materials for various formats and platforms - Work with masking, tracking, keying, and compositing

Experience in Motion Design from 1–3 years and a strong portfolio with relevant cases Confident knowledge of After Effects, plus Adobe Premiere Good sense of timing, dynamics, movement, and composition Confident work with masking, tracking, keying, color correction, and complex compositions Graph Editor, Expressions, Mocha AE, Keylight, particle systems, 3D space in AE Dynamic typography and integration of 2D/3D Ability to see the task as a whole, propose visual solutions independently, and improve the source Attention to quality, details, and cleanliness of the final assembly Experience with AI tools will be a plus, but not required
