Motion Designer

AI studio AISTLab.AI seeks a senior motion designer for ongoing collaboration (full-time or part-time) to create motion graphics for short films, series, and social media content.

Responsibilities: • Work in two modes: animate ready-made layouts and invent visual solutions for videos yourself - motion, typography, graphics. • Create motion design for studio videos - mostly 30-60 seconds: social media content, ads, brand videos. • Animate in After Effects: 2D animation, graphics, typography, interfaces. • Work in conjunction with Claude: expressions and scripts for After Effects, automation of routine, speeding up production.

• Senior-level motion design and strong showreel. • Ability to both invent visual ideas (style, typography, animation) and accurately animate ready-made layouts. • After Effects as main tool, fluent. • Experience working with Claude for motion. • Sense of rhythm, composition, and typography. • Ability to independently finalize videos and quickly make edits. Nice to have: • Experience as art director or lead designer: led visual concept from idea to final. • Experience in graphic design: typography, identity, branding. • Author projects and experiments in motion, recognizable style. • Ability to present ideas before animation: styleframes, storyboards, animatics. • Experience with video AI generations.
