Motion & Graphic Designer needed for DGTeam, a marketing agency in Dubai. Focus on creating ad banners and motion videos for social media. Requires proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Remote work with flexible hours. Salary below market rate with growth potential.

DGTeam is a marketing agency based in Dubai, operating since 2020. We attract clients for clinics, spas, and dental practices in the UAE through Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads. We have completed over 100 projects with monthly ad budgets exceeding $100,000. Responsibilities: • Advertising banners for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) • Motion videos up to 60 seconds (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) • Video editing from source materials: overlays, before/after, effects • Visual solutions according to technical specifications - we provide the text, you provide the visuals

• Figma, Photoshop - static design • After Effects or equivalent - motion and animation • Premiere Pro / CapCut Pro / DaVinci - video editing • Portfolio with advertising creatives (mandatory) • English B1 - for some content and subtitles

• Remote work, long-term cooperation. • Employment: Contract / Service agreement • Available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Dubai time (GMT+4), Monday–Friday • Workload: currently 14-18 creatives/month, 3-4 hours of work per day. Must be available during working hours, tasks may arrive throughout the day. • All subscriptions covered by the company (Adobe, Midjourney, Seedance, CapCut Pro, etc.) • Parallel projects are welcome if they do not interfere with assigned tasks.
