Seeking a person for the team on a permanent basis to create simple 2D animations for Roblox in CapCut on PC. The work is extensive and requires perseverance and attention. Actually, it's simple and can be trained over time.

Confident use of CapCut on PC (working with keyframes, masks, layers, and audio). Deep understanding of Roblox: knowledge of popular places/games and top characters, awareness of current trends in the niche. Understanding the dynamics of Shorts videos, ability to hold viewer attention. Willingness to learn and develop skills (being ready for edits and training, as the ideal result may not come from the first try). Willingness to spend about 3 hours per video and meet deadlines.
