Selecty is looking for an MLOps / Python Backend Engineer (ML) for a full-time position. The project involves developing and implementing ML solutions for a bank, focusing on ML productization and backend development. Salary: 220,000 - 310,000 RUB.

Project — «ML RnD Modeling» in a bank. The team is engaged in the development and implementation of ML solutions «turnkey»: from model prototypes to production integration into business processes. This is not classic MLOps — the role is closer to backend development with a strong focus on ML productization: it is necessary to take code from Data Science teams, refactor it and integrate it into the industrial circuit. The stream works with advanced areas (CV, NLP, RAG, agent systems/chatbots), and also engages in RnD and approbation of new ML technologies. Main directions: — ML model and pipeline productization — Integration of models into backend and business circuits — Development of APIs and services for ML — Working with data streaming (Kafka) — Participation in RnD and piloting new ML solutions Technology stack: Python, REST API (FastAPI/Flask), Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Spark, Hive, SQL

Responsibilities: — Productization and implementation of ML models in production — Refactoring of code from DS teams for production standards — Development of backend services and REST API for ML solutions — Integration of services via Kafka and microservice architecture — Participation in the construction and development of ML pipelines — Interaction with DS, MLOps and analysts — Participation in architectural solutions and RnD tasks Requirements: — Python development experience from 3-4 years — Mandatory higher education (completed) — Experience with ML projects (CV, NLP, RAG) — Experience in developing REST API (FastAPI / Flask) — Experience with Kafka — Understanding of microservice architecture and network interaction — Basic understanding of Kubernetes — SQL experience at an intermediate level — Ability to work with Data Science code and adapt it for production Will be a plus: — Airflow experience — Hadoop / Spark experience
