ML Tech Lead

ML Tech Lead for AI project team, focusing on LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, Generative AI. Requires 4+ years ML/AI experience, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Docker, Git, AWS. Full-time, office in Tashkent.

We are looking for an ML Tech Lead for the technology AI project team, developing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. Main directions: LLM • NLP • Computer Vision • MLOps • Generative AI. Responsibilities: Develop, train, and optimize ML/AI models on PyTorch or TensorFlow. Design end-to-end pipelines for data processing and preparation. Work with synthetic data and automation of labeling. Integrate AI/ML models with backend and other product components. Prepare models for production deployment and scaling. Set up monitoring, versioning, and experimentation processes using MLOps tools. Containerize ML processes with Docker. Work with cloud infrastructure AWS or analogues. Participate in optimizing inference and model performance. Interact with engineers and other AI team members at all stages of development. Determine the technical direction of AI projects, make key architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership to the team at all stages of development.

Experience: 4+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering. Practical experience in developing and implementing ML models in production. English (fluent). Technical Stack: Python, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals, Knowledge of model optimization methods and key ML metrics, Docker, Git, Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms. MLOps: Practical experience (with one of the tools): MLflow/Kubeflow/AWS SageMaker or similar MLOps platforms.

Format: Full-time. Location: Tashkent (Office). Employment: official employment according to Labor Code of Uzbekistan. Full working day.
