Motion planning is one of the biggest challenges in the autonomous technology industry. We experiment with large generative models to predict vehicle trajectories. To help the model better handle new road situations, we are exploring ways to improve it: researching new RL training algorithms and working with data. We create synthetic complex road situations and include them in the model's training – and you will be developing this algorithm. What tasks await you: • Improving RL models Teach transformers to extract information about the interaction of traffic participants with the vehicle's trajectory, test and implement modern approaches from scientific articles on autonomous driving, and experiment with architectures, rewards, and training methods. • Researching synthetic data Experiment with reinforcement learning methods, including the use of an environment, and explore the possibilities of adding synthetic data to such training. • Implementing developments in the car Implement your developments into the car's motion pipeline and observe how your work improves the technology's quality.

We expect you to: • Have trained neural network models and implemented DL solutions in production • Be knowledgeable in the DL field and quickly grasp new methods • Program in Python and have experience with PyTorch • Know classic data structures and algorithms • Be able to formulate hypotheses and design experiments to test them It will be a plus if you: • Have implemented reinforcement learning methods in production • Have worked with large volumes of data • Have participated in ML competitions or competitive programming • Are passionate about cars or autonomous vehicles
