ML Lead

Epsilon3 is hiring an ML Lead to develop AI solutions for government agencies and large organizations in the UAE, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.

Develop forecasting, scoring, anomaly detection models, and AI agents. Deploy models to production and scale them. Lead a small ML team: mentoring, processes, task distribution. Work directly with clients and participate in R&D.

Strong Senior level in ML/AI. Python, statistics, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. System thinking and desire to build technologies that influence national-level decisions. Russian-speaking team; English knowledge is a plus.

Full-time remote position.
