ML Engineer (student or recent graduate) at AMM Ventures in Astana, office with relocation. Salary: 350,000 KZT (trial), 450,000 KZT after + bonuses. Develop ML solutions from scratch for AI startups.

Development of ML solutions from scratch for the studio's AI startups (projects go into production from the first month). Nurtaro (early childhood development ecosystem for children 0-3 years): RAG on methodology and video lessons, fine-tuning LLM in Russian and Kazakh, personalization under the child's profile. Second startup (in closed mode): tasks on computer vision and video processing.

Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face. Own fine-tuning experience (LoRA / QLoRA): independent dataset assembly, model training, measuring results. Working with open model weights (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, etc.): loading, quantization, fine-tuning, running. RAG and working with LLM APIs. Independence and willingness to relocate to Astana.

Accommodation in a cottage in Family Village with the team. Two real AI products in portfolio. Mentorship from founders with experience in AI and venture. Venture environment: hackathons, pitches, international investors. Budget for GPU and AI services. Schedule adjusted for study.
