ML Engineer at Steppe Coffee / Circle in Almaty. Salary estimate: 500,000 ₸. Responsibilities include Python, SQL, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LLM Craft, data parsing, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization.

Responsibilities: • Languages: Python, SQL, Pandas/Polars • DL: PyTorch + Hugging Face (Transformers, PEFT, Accelerate) • LLM Craft: SFT, RLHF/DPO, experience with LoRA/QLoRA • Data: Parsing and cleaning (BeautifulSoup, Unstructured) • Fine-tune models for specific business tasks • Design data preparation and annotation pipelines • Evaluate models (Benchmarks, ROUGE, custom metrics) • Optimize inference for high-load operation
