ML developer + GO Location: no restrictions Remote work format Requirements: • Confident experience with LLM/SLM (Few-shot learning, prompt engineering) and BERT (scenario and intent classification). • Practical experience in fine-tuning LLM (PEFT, LoRA/QLoRA) for narrow applied tasks. • Confident LLM debugging: ability to quickly understand why the model responded wrong and fix it with a prompt, hyperparameter or fine-tune. • Experience in fine-tuning and optimizing TTS models. • Experience in working and integrating modern ASR systems (in particular, GigaAMv2). • Experience with both graph/scenario dialogue engines and LLM agents. • High speed of diagnosing inference problems, localizing bugs and making engineering decisions. • Confident Python (PyTorch, huggingface, inference frameworks) and Go. • Experience with low-latency inference optimization (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, ONNX Runtime). • Practice with real-time streaming audio (streaming ASR/TTS, gRPC contracts). • GoLang: basic understanding of service design (SOLID, DRY, KISS), typing (strings, numbers, slices and maps), synchronization primitives and concurrency (goroutines, channels), pointers, observability. • Will be a plus: 1) experience with gRPC, ability to set up infrastructure (k8s/inventory), knowledge of TCP.
