Middle UI/UX Designer
Duck My Duck, a mobile Telegram game, seeks a Middle UI/UX Designer. Remote, full-time, $2,000–$3,000/month. Own UI features and maintain the design system.
Duck My Duck is a live mobile game in Telegram: collecting, merge-2, clans, on-chain economy. It is already in production and growing, with 1–2 releases per week. The team is about 25 people with a flat structure: you work directly with the producer, game designer, and frontend lead. Responsibilities: - Own UI features end-to-end, from clarifying requirements with product and game design to handing off in Figma so frontend can implement without extra questions. - Maintain and extend the design system: variables, components, variants. It is live and in use; part of the work is cleaning it up. - Cover all screen states: empty, loading, error, overflow, recovery. - Independently gather context from product, game design, and frontend.
- 2+ years of product design for mobile apps on real released products, with releases and metrics. Landing pages, dashboards, and portfolio concepts do not count. - Confident Figma: variables, component variants, auto-layout. - Willingness to open a live Figma file for review. - Experience maintaining a design system in a product. - Edge cases in the portfolio alongside the happy path. - Russian language; the whole team works in Russian. Nice to have: - Mobile game development (casual, idle, merge, match-3), Web3 and TON, motion, cases of rebuilding a design system.
$2,000–$3,000 per month, full-time, fixed pay, fully remote, paid probation period, Moscow time zone ±3. Selection: conversation, then a small unpaid test task taking a few hours. Application: portfolio and a few words about yourself.
