Middle UI/UX Designer
Duck My Duck is a live Telegram mobile game. Hiring a Middle UI/UX Designer for remote full-time work at $2000–3000/month, focusing on UI features, design systems, and edge cases.
Duck My Duck is a live Telegram mobile game: collection, merge-2, clans, on-chain economy. Already in production and growing, 1–2 releases per week. Team of about 25 people, flat structure: you work directly with the producer, game designer, and frontend lead. Responsibilities: — Own UI features end-to-end, from clarifying requirements with product and game design to handing off in Figma that the frontend can implement without additional questions. — Maintain and extend the design system: variables, components, variants. It is live and in use; some tasks are to bring it into order. — Cover all screen states: empty, loading, error, overflow, recovery. — Independently gather context from product, game design, and frontend.
2+ years of product design for mobile apps on real released products, with releases and metrics. Landing pages, dashboards, and portfolio concepts do not count. Confident Figma: variables, component variants, auto-layout. Willingness to open a live Figma file for review. Experience maintaining a design system in a product. Edge cases in the portfolio alongside the happy path. Russian language; the whole team works in Russian. Nice to have: mobile game dev (casual, idle, merge, match-3), Web3 and TON, motion, cases of restructuring a design system.
2000–3000 $ per month, full-time, fixed pay, fully remote, paid probation period, time zone Moscow ±3. Selection: conversation, then a small unpaid test task for a few hours.
