Middle UI/UX Designer

Middle UI/UX Designer for Kinokadr, a web platform for film and creative industry professionals. Part-time, remote, 50,000-70,000 RUB/month.

Kinokadr is a web platform for film, advertising, music video, and creative industry professionals. Specialists create portfolios and find projects, while producers and clients post vacancies and build teams. The MVP is already developed, and we are preparing for a full launch. We are looking for an independent UI/UX designer who will become the main product designer and work directly with the founder and developers. Responsibilities: • Improve UX of existing scenarios; • Design new screens and features; • Refine desktop and mobile versions; • Maintain and develop the design system in Figma; • Design forms, modals, errors, empty states, and other interface states; • Prepare clear mockups for development; • Analyze user feedback and propose improvements.

• Confident Figma; • Experience designing web products and services; • Understanding of UX, responsive design, components, and design systems; • Ability to independently understand tasks and propose solutions, not wait for a ready-made brief for every screen; • Good visual level – we need the interface to be both beautiful and logical. Nice to have: experience with marketplaces, SaaS, personal accounts, catalogs, filters, and other complex interfaces.

Part-time, 8–12 hours per week. Salary: 50,000–70,000 RUB/month. Remote work. Team: founder + frontend/backend developers. The designer will be the only one in the team.
