Middle/Senior Support/Fullstack Engineer (C# / Angular / AI)

Middle/Senior Support/Fullstack Engineer (C# / Angular / AI) for a high-load American project. Remote, B2B (individual entrepreneur, outside RF and RB). Salary $3,000–$5,000+ gross/month.

We support and develop a large American high-load project with mature engineering processes. On our side: 2 development teams, a QA team, and a Maintenance team, where we are looking for a strong engineer. We are looking for a Support / Fullstack Engineer to pair with a second developer for backup and autonomous task closure. Processes are built on Servant Leadership principles - transparent, without chaos, micromanagement, or firefighting. Responsibilities: - Handle incidents on customer environments and directly participate in working sessions with their technical team - Bug fixing, deep optimization of the application and SQL queries - Support and development of infrastructure (DevOps) - Active adoption and use of AI tooling in daily engineering tasks

Strong engineering foundation: solid understanding of backend and frontend (not necessary to know the entire stack deeply - we will help close gaps, the main thing is proactivity and learning speed) English: B2+ (conversational) - regular calls and direct communication with the American side Russian: conversational, the team is Russian-speaking Schedule and availability: flexible workday with 3-5 hours overlap with MSK. Readiness to join meetings by Pacific Time (PST, 2-4 times per week), rare weekend connections for critical incidents Qualities: high autonomy, neuroplasticity, willingness to help a teammate Stack: C# (.NET 10), MS SQL (2017/2022), Angular (v22, Nx, Kendo UI 25), GitLab, Docker, AI tooling (GPT, Claude Code, Codex).

Compensation: $3,000 – $5,000+ gross/month - before taxes. The range is discussed individually based on the candidate's level.
