Middle+/Senior PHP Developer

Middle+/Senior PHP Developer for an outstaff project: Bitrix and Symfony website, integrations with CRM/POS, and CI/CD migration to GitLab. Full-time, remote (Russia/Belarus).

Outstaff position. Work with the client's main product: a website built on Bitrix and Symfony. The product is being migrated to an internal infrastructure environment. We are looking for a specialist who can understand a foreign codebase and lead the migration process. Responsibilities: - Develop and design integrations between the website, CRM, and POS systems; - Migrate CI/CD to our GitLab: set up runners and pipelines; - Understand legacy code and make decisions on its future; - Conduct code reviews and help younger team members grow; - Participate in technical negotiations with external contractors.

- 5+ years of commercial PHP development experience; - Delivered commercial projects on Symfony; - Experience with Bitrix (support or enhancement of an existing site); - Ability to read unfamiliar code and quickly navigate it; - Experience setting up CI/CD in GitLab; - Understanding of REST API, message queues, and integration patterns. Nice to have: - Experience with retailCRM or POS software; - Experience integrating with SMS services, Firebase, Sendsay; - Active use of AI in work.
