Middle/Senior Game Designer

Middle/Senior Game Designer for the development of Instant games and probability calculations for IGaming mechanics. Experience in the full game production cycle and understanding of RTP, probability, and expected value are required.

What you will do: Analyze the market and find interesting solutions from competitors Maintain game design documentation for Instant games Calculate probabilities for IGaming mechanics Develop UX solutions in cooperation with the designer

We are looking for a candidate who: Can decompose reference games Has experience in the full game production cycle from idea generation to finished product Can show at least one released project Knows what RTP is, how probability and expected value work Is committed to constant and effective communication with the Lead Game Designer to synchronize vision and priorities Will be a plus: Experience working on IGaming projects Conducting autotests and simulations Basic proficiency in Figma
