Middle+/Senior Backend Developer (Python/PostgreSQL)

Hybrid backend developer role in Moscow, 3-6 years experience, full-time, CRM/ERP implementation with Odoo, Python/PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities: Internal implementation of CRM and other systems on Odoo platform; development, modification, and integration of modules within CRM; optimization of business processes via ERP automation; collaboration with product managers and developers; integration with existing systems; testing and support; participation in architecture design and implementation; developing integration services in Python.

Requirements: at least 2 years of commercial Python development; understanding of OOP and design patterns; experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL); ability to write efficient queries; experience with REST API (integration and creation); basic Docker and Git skills; basic understanding of message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/WSO2); ability to work with existing code and documentation. Nice to have: experience with any CRM/ERP systems; experience integrating business processes with CRM/ERP; Odoo experience is a big plus; ability to read Java/Scala code.

Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, hybrid work format in Moscow.
