Middle+/Senior Back-End Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

Middle+/Senior Back-End Developer for a high-load realtime betting engine. Node.js, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL/Prisma, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse, WebSocket/Socket.IO. Full-time, remote.

High-load betting engine with realtime interaction: round lifecycle, payout calculation, synchronized broadcasting, protection against front-running. Responsibilities: - Develop the betting engine: round lifecycle, payout calculation, idempotency. - Build the realtime layer on WebSocket/Socket.IO (bet-lock, front-running protection). - Work on event pipelines with Kafka and an anti-fraud data store on ClickHouse. - HLS feed parsing (.m3u8), computer vision, provably-fair (commit-reveal). - Use PostgreSQL/Prisma, Redis (cache, round state, rate-limiting), observability. - Ensure reliability: tests (Vitest), Docker/Compose, feed failover, auto-void.

3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript. Recent experience, at least 1 year, specifically in iGaming. Realtime/WebSocket and high-load services. PostgreSQL and Redis: transactions, idempotency, race conditions. Kafka or similar, event pipelines. Logging, metrics, failure handling, testing. Nice to have: ClickHouse, anti-fraud logic. HLS/RTMP, computer vision, provably-fair/HMAC.
