OF AI Models is a startup creating a platform for generating photos and videos with AI characters for adult platforms. We are building the product from scratch: from a working generation pipeline to a full-fledged SaaS platform with personal accounts, content generation, and audience integration. We are looking for the first developer who will build the technical foundation and eventually lead the development. What needs to be done: — Build a pipeline for generating high-quality photos and videos with an AI character, indistinguishable from real shoots — Train and configure the model for a specific character with flexible control over appearance parameters — Develop the process of automatic generation of custom content on demand — Select and justify the tech stack (backend, DB, infrastructure), set up the repository and CI/CD — Design and implement a web platform: personal accounts, AI model management, content generation, audience chats, auto-posting, and integration with Instagram and other platforms — Over time, form and lead a development team

Mandatory: — Experience in training and configuring generative AI models for a specific character (LoRA, DreamBooth, or similar) — Experience in building photo and/or video generation pipelines (ComfyUI, Automatic1111, Runway, CogVideoX, or similar - stack of your choice) — Understanding of how to achieve stable quality: character identity, realism, controllability of the result Will be a plus: — Fullstack experience for building a web interface — Basic DevOps skills for deploying and supporting infrastructure — Experience integrating with Instagram (auto-posting, automation) — Familiarity with adult platforms and content specifics
