DreamVR is looking for a talented artist to join the team as a Middle Level Artist for an ambitious retro-futurism (realism) project that will leave no one indifferent.

Key requirements: - Confident proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and its environment tools (Landscape, Foliage, Modeling). - Artistic vision and ability to create attractive compositions, attention to detail. - Basic proficiency in one of the 3D graphics editors (3dsmax / Maya / Blender) for creating blockouts of game assets or level parts. - Understanding of modular level construction. - Mandatory portfolio with completed levels or parts thereof. - 3+ years of experience as a Level Artist. - Good communication skills: ability to clearly, calmly, and friendly convey your vision or feedback. Similarly, to adequately receive feedback. Tasks: - Bringing game levels to final visual quality based on provided blockouts and concepts, in collaboration with the 3D artist team. - Providing feedback with the art lead for the 3D artist team. - Willingness to make changes to the basic level design (visual part only). - Collision control on the level: working with both built-in engine tools and additionally written ones. - Maintaining cleanliness in the level structure. Minimum hardware requirements (for remote work): - Graphics card not lower than RTX 3060 with 12Gb VRAM (VRAM is crucial, so 12Gb or higher) - RAM 32Gb (64Gb highly desirable) - SSD drive for the project 1Tb Helpful skills: - Basic knowledge of UE Blueprints for creating constructors based on game props. - Ability to work in Sequencer (static mesh management). - Experience with version control systems Perforce, Plastic SCM. - Basic proficiency in one of the sculpting packages (ZBrush / Mudbox). - Good understanding of shapes, masses, proportions, composition building. - Proficiency in Photoshop or other graphics editor. - Art education background. - Ability to clearly assess your capabilities and meet production deadlines. - English language proficiency: reading, listening comprehension.
