Seeking a Middle or strong Junior+ developer skilled in mobile, desktop, or scripting/automation. Develop and maintain internal tools, automate processes, and prototype ideas. Flexible work format (remote) and hours (full-time/part-time).

Develop and maintain internal tools: - Small applications for real business needs - Admin panels, utilities for the team Automate routine processes: - Integrations with external APIs - Scripts, bots, parsers Sometimes prototype ideas with quick MVPs: - Assemble a working version in 2-7 days - Improve based on feedback Deal with bugs and improve existing tools.

You can finish tasks: not only start writing code but also bring it to the state where users actually use it. Can take on a task, ask clarifying questions, and then independently move it towards completion. Not afraid to learn a new library/API/service if needed for the task. Good to have experience working in small teams/startups or pet projects that you have completed.

Format: remote. Employment: we can discuss full-time or part-time employment. Payment: at the initial stage from $1100, but with the completion of tasks, this amount can reach $4000. No endless calls and bureaucracy - we communicate on business.
