Middle Copywriter

DOBRO, a full-cycle digital agency, is looking for a Middle Copywriter to work on creative concepts, advertising, and marketing communications. Salary 90,000–120,000 ₽, hybrid, office in Moscow (Mayakovskaya).

What you will do: – Work on briefs from start to final implementation – Develop creative ideas and visual solutions for 360, video, and digital projects – Create advertising and marketing communications – Work with texts and concepts for different channels – Interact with the design studio and team

We expect from you: – 2–3 years of experience in creative agencies, advertising, or on the client side – Strong copywriting foundation and developed concepting skills – Confident command of Figma – Experience with modern AI tools – Portfolio with strong cases in concepting, multichannel campaigns, and activations
