Middle Business Analyst

Middle Business Analyst at Tribe, Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time office role. Bridges business and IT, formalizes requirements, models AS IS/TO BE processes, supports automation and user documentation.

Act as a link between business units and the IT team, helping formalize requirements, model processes, and support change implementation. First tasks: - Analyze and describe the current procurement process for inventory items. - Prepare AS IS process diagrams and develop optimization proposals (TO BE). - Formalize requirements for subsequent process automation. - Participate in preparing and updating user documentation for the new version of the Warehouse software. - Prepare user instructions for new processes and functionality.

Must be located in Cyprus. Experience describing business processes (AS IS/TO BE), BPMN. At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience developing user documentation. Experience automating internal company processes. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Confident use of analysis and modeling tools (BPMN/UML).

Salary level discussed at interview. Official employment. Office-based work (Limassol). Flexible start of the working day (from 8:00 to 10:30). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour working day + 30 minutes for lunch. Paid vacation: 21 working days + 4 days off per year.
