Middle Business Analyst

Middle Business Analyst at Tribe, Limassol office, full-time. Act as a bridge between business and IT, formalize requirements, model processes, and support implementation.

Main task: Act as a bridge between business units and the IT team, help formalize requirements, model processes, and support implementation of changes. First tasks after joining: • Analysis and description of the current procurement process for goods and materials (TMZ). • Preparation of AS IS process diagrams and development of optimization proposals (TO BE). • Formalization of requirements for subsequent process automation. • Participation in preparation and updating of user documentation for the new version of the Warehouse software. • Preparation of instructions for users on new processes and functionality.

• Be located in Cyprus • Experience in describing business processes (AS IS / TO BE), BPMN • Experience as a Business Analyst for at least 2 years • Experience in developing user documentation • Experience in automating internal company processes • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously • Confident work with analysis and modeling tools (BPMN/UML)
