Middle Backend Python Developer for a unique startup in the agricultural technology sector. Salary: 180,000 - 220,000 RUB net. Remote work. Company: PromoMoloko-Soft.

Company: «ПроМолоко-Софт» – developer of software for dairy farms. A dynamically developing IT company specializing in creating complex solutions for automating dairy farming. Key product – the «ПроМолоко» system. This is a platform for managing all business processes of a dairy farm. The system provides end-to-end digitalization of key operations: – Herd management: productivity accounting and planning of animal life cycle events – Production processes: monitoring key indicators and optimizing production costs. – Analytics and reporting: KPI monitoring for informed management decisions.

Commercial experience in backend development with Python for at least 3 years Confident experience in developing production APIs with Django / DRF Confident experience with Django ORM, understanding its limitations and ability to choose the appropriate level of database interaction depending on the task Experience in optimizing SQL queries, building analytical queries, using window functions, and the ability to choose the correct data handling strategy for the task Experience in designing REST APIs Experience in supporting and developing existing systems (not just greenfield) Experience in writing unit and integration tests Ability to make technical decisions considering the impact of changes on the system architecture Nice to have: – Technical level English proficiency – Experience with containerization (Docker) – Systematic approach to development and design – Experience in developing platform solutions

Employment: according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first day of work. Other formats are considered. Schedule and work format: full-time 5/2, 8 hours a day, remote work format. Salary range: 180,000 - 220,000 RUB net. The final salary level is determined by the interview results.
