Zontik IT is looking for a Legal Entity Methodologist with 5+ years of experience. Work in Russia, Moscow time. Salary 350k gross under employment contract / 410k gross under sole proprietorship.

1. Methodologist with current experience in lending to legal entities of a Bank. 2. Credit expertise: understanding and knowledge of the full credit process cycle: from sales, credit analysis, bank committees, credit and collateral documentation, disbursement, servicing. 3. Experience in developing the logic of credit products, limits, tariffs, restructuring, and other credit product processes. 4. Experience in studying and translating regulatory requirements into business processes (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9, 590, local laws). 5. Experience in preparing requirements for process automation/robotization. 6. Ability to gather requirements from involved departments for business process modification and address feedback. 7. Experience in implementing and supporting the process and regulatory methodology for corporate client lending. 8. Experience in independently writing regulatory documentation. 9. Ability to restructure business process logic with a full implementation cycle (from studying/modeling changes to implementation at the departmental functional level). 10. Confident written and oral communication skills.
