Remote methodologist needed for a neuropsychologist's educational online product and podcast development. Salary up to 100,000 RUB.

Develop and create courses, lectures, and group training/coaching/psychological programs based on the expert's thoughts, materials, and notes: structure, exercises, presentations, and workbooks. Adapt materials for two directions: female audience (courses and women's clubs) and business/government corporations (Skolkovo, RANEPA). Prepare info and educational products, materials for speeches, and presentations. Prepare personal and cross-podcasts for YouTube as a warm-up: address audience pain points, provide micro-value, and naturally lead to products. Research guests, write scripts, questions, and catchy titles, and select fragments for Reels.

Experience creating courses, lectures, or trainings with a portfolio; ability to connect purpose, content, practice, and result. Editorial and scripting professional thinking: clear texts, strong questions, logic, and attention retention without fluff. Understanding the difference between teaching, presenting, and podcasting. Knowledge of psychology, coaching, and neurocoaching; understanding marketing of educational products and bodily approaches; awareness of competence boundaries. Proficiency in AI with critical evaluation of answers. Ability to listen to an expert and preserve their voice. Independence, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines. Plus: experience with podcasts, interviews, working with psychologists and female audiences. Important: authorial depth instead of AI templates; verified facts without invented research, quotes, or cases. Carefulness with personal stories. Live podcasts without provocations, clickbait, or promises of reach.
