International consulting agency seeks a Methodologist-Developer to create training programs for sales and HR departments in High Risk. Salary from 150,000 RUB, remote, flexible schedule.

We are an international consulting agency that sets up sales and HR departments turnkey in the High Risk sphere. We are looking for a methodologist who can take the expertise of a strong specialist and turn it into a clear training system. Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews with internal experts to extract and structure their practical experience (since the field is narrow, little is systematized there); - Turn this expertise into ready-made training programs: lessons, webinars, guides, checklists, AI simulators, and practical exercises (full cycle).

It is important that you have experience: - Working as a methodologist specifically through interviews with an expert, not using ready-made materials; - Developing training programs for sales departments and lower-level managers from scratch (niche is not critical); - Developing online learning; - Actively using AI; - Making lessons and webinars lively and engaging for an adult audience. Experience in prompt engineering (e.g., creating a dialogue simulator with a client, setting up scenarios for a chatbot trainer) will be an advantage.
