Company ООО Электронное меню is seeking a Project Manager for educational projects. Responsibilities: Coordinating the support of the information system of an educational organization; Interaction with functional customers and employees of educational organizations; Consulting in "Hotline" mode - accepting orders from clients, identifying client needs during negotiations, prompt response to client inquiries; Interaction with internal company departments (management, software developers, technical writers) and external contractors; Preparation and participation in testing developed functionality, handing over developed functionality to the Customer; Control of obligations fulfillment in accordance with the terms of the state contract. Preparation and approval of project documentation with the Customer; Handling claims in accordance with the company's client interaction principles; Organization and conduct of acceptance tests, preparation of protocols and closing documents for acceptance of work, stages of work; Maintaining project status reports for the Customer and management; Preparation of materials, presentations;

Experience working with educational organizations; Experience in preparing technical specifications, reporting documentation for state contracts; Experience working with educational organizations of the Ministry of Defense is welcomed; Experience in managing projects for the development, implementation, and support of software; Knowledge of Russian Federation legislative and regulatory documents on education; Knowledge and practical experience in project management; Ability to work with documents; Literate oral and written speech; Readiness for business trips; Higher education; Attention to detail, perseverance, purposefulness; Communication skills, responsibility; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance; Activity and initiative.
